Our bank performs all types of active operations provided that the client or his property surety provider has collateral in the form of deposits in the credit currency or in the collateral currency.

The margin between the rates of the credit operation and the deposit placed with the bank amounts to 3% per annum; the amount (limit) of the credit operation is 90% of the amount of the deposit.

The payment for guarantee issued by the bank against the deposit collateral amounts to UAH 500 per annum; the amount of the guarantee is equal to the amount of the deposit.

Besides, our bank issues guarantees provided that the client or his property surety provider has collateral in the forms of:

• realty;
• main assets;
• ending inventory stored in the warehouses belonging to the pledger.

The cost of such guarantees is 1%, but not less than UAH 500 per annum.

PJSC “JSCB “CAPITAL” allots credits to enterprises, organizations and other economic agents in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Banks and Banking”, the Regulation of the National Bank of Ukraine “On Crediting” approved by Order of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine No. 246 dated September 28, 1995, other regulatory acts of the National Bank of Ukraine and the major crediting principles:

• permitted use;
• maturity;
• payment of interest;
• recoverability;
• security coverage.
